Eventually you want to work up to where you're doing 30-40 minutes of cardio exercise 3-4 times per week. You'll actually get their quicker than you think. By doing that you'll see your body fat melt right off.The last thing you need to do for best results is to make sure you keep track of everything you do. You can do this by getting a notebook and pen and writing down everything that you do. Make sure that you write how much you weigh each week.
